§ 01Instructions for the Recipient

Print it, complete it, feel structured.

This workbook exists so that the hands have somewhere to be. Each worksheet has been reviewed for tone, vocabulary, and downward compatibility with the Founder's vision. None requires a decision; most discourage one.

Work in order, or do not. There is no answer key, because there is no answer, because there is no test. There is only the activity, and the activity is enough. Return to the catalog ↗ when your hands are tired.

§ 02The Worksheets

Worksheet 01

Gratitude Maze

Guide your gratitude from the moment your role was removed to the moment you say thank you. There is only one path. It is the path we have left open.

Start: Availability Event → Finish: Thank You.

Worksheet 02

Optimization Word Search

Locate the approved vocabulary hidden among the letters. Words may run across, down, or quietly in a direction you did not authorize.

Find: synergy · treats · founder · resilience · opportunity · available · abundance · transition

Words longer than eight letters extend, by design, beyond the boundary of the grid. Recipients are asked to imagine the remainder. Resilience is, in part, the imagining.

Worksheet 03

Affirmation Checklist

Read each statement aloud, in a calm voice, until you believe it. Tick the box when belief arrives. Belief is not graded, but it is observed.

I am not unemployed. I am available.
My needs are small because my gratitude is efficient.
The Founder's comfort generates downstream possibility.
An activity is a form of structure.
Value is on its way down, and I am positioned to receive it.
I can clap on command.

Worksheet 04

Draw Your New Job

Draw the job that was created when your job was removed. Most recipients leave this blank. A blank entry is also a complete entry.

Draw here

Do not draw the Founder. The Founder has already been drawn (see Worksheet 05).

Worksheet 05

Connect the Dots

Join the numbered points in order. A familiar form will emerge. It always emerges. It is nine pounds and it is grateful for your attention.

Connect the dots here

If the form does not resemble the Founder, you have connected the dots incorrectly, or the Founder is displeased. Begin again.

Worksheet 06

Colour the Trickle-Down

Colour the reservoir at the top. You may colour the single drop at the bottom too, if you can find it. Stay within the lines; they were drawn at the correct scale by Facilities.

Colour within the lines

Crayons are provided on-site. Crayons are not yours to keep. The drop is, briefly, on its way.

§ 03A Note on Completion

When you have finished, you will have finished.

There is no submission. There is no review. You will not hear back, and neither will you. The workbook does not score you; it accompanies you, which is a service we have priced into the experience at no additional cost.

Crayons are provided on-site and must remain on-site. Completion is its own reward. It is the only one offered. We consider this generous, and we are told that we are.

"I made you something to do. Please complete it. Please remain available. Please understand that what trickles down to you is precisely what was meant to."

Momo, Founder & CEO

Print it. Complete it. Be measured, gratefully.
