Candidate Experience™
A single-player interview you cannot pass, for a job that no longer exists, conducted by a dog who is not listening. You will answer. You will keep answering. That is the assessment.

Complete the form. The Decision Engine will respond. The decision was made earlier.
All decisions are final, provisional, simulated, and subject to Founder appetite.
The Engine does not evaluate your answers. It confirms that you supplied them. Supply is the metric.
The piece measures your willingness to keep answering after usefulness.
Candidate Experience™ stages the interview as a closed system. There is a candidate and there is a form; there is no interviewer, only a dog who has stepped away and a process that fills the silence on her behalf. The position was eliminated before you arrived. The questions remain, because the questions were never about the position.
What the work assesses is your conduct in the interval after relevance: the afternoon after the layoff, formalised into a questionnaire. You are asked to be grateful, to be available, to accept the furniture. You comply, or you stop. The Engine records which. Both are acceptable; only one is filed.
Completion is its own reward. It is the only one offered. You will not hear back, and neither will you.

The position does not exist. The candidacy is permanent.
We are unable to extend an offer, as there is nothing to offer; the role was optimized into a process, and the process does not require a person. We are, however, pleased to extend your candidacy indefinitely. Please remain nearby in case another activity is created.
The Founder believes that to be considered is a form of being valued, and that to be valued is, at the correct height, almost the same as being paid. Value is on its way down. You are well positioned to receive it.
"We keep the position and release the human. The human, freed of the role, is finally free to want it."
Momo, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
